At Battireo, we strive for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you may request a return or exchange subject to the conditions outlined below.
2. Return & Exchange Window
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
- A purchase receipt or order number must be provided with the return request.
3. Product-Specific Conditions
Batteries
- Batteries that have been installed cannot be returned, but are covered by the manufacturer warranty.
- Uninstalled batteries may be returned within 14 days provided they are in their original packaging.
- If a scrap exchange (old battery trade-in) was applied, the scrap value will be deducted from the refund amount.
Tires
- Tires that have been mounted cannot be returned.
- Unmounted tires may be returned within 14 days provided they are in original condition.
Accessories & Tools
- Accessories and tools may be returned within 14 days provided they are unused and in original packaging.
4. Warranty
Most of our products are covered by the manufacturer warranty. Warranty duration varies by product and is displayed on the product page. Warranty claims are separate from returns and can be filed at any of our branches or by calling our hotline.
5. Refund Method
- There are no restocking fees on returns.
- Cash payments: Refunded in cash upon receiving the returned product.
- Cash on delivery: Refunded in cash or via bank transfer.
- Refund processing time: up to 21 business days.
- Original delivery fees are deducted from the refund amount.
